Happy First Day!

Hello parents,
Welcome to a successful completion to the first day of school. We had a very busy but great day today. We learned lots of rules and procedures that we will be practicing all week/month/year.

Here are a few things regarding some papers that came home:
1. The folder of information is from the school. Please fill out the needed paperwork and send back as soon as you can.
2. School shirts. You are not required to order a shirt, but if you want, please do so before September 4th.
3. We collect box tops to earn money for our class. A sheet came home that you can tape them to and them send back in when it is full.
4. The "Me Doll". We will have a project like this each month. This is for you and your child to decorate with their favorite things. Things that tell me about you child; maybe some favorite things. It is not due until Friday August 23rd. You can send it in before Friday if you like, but please know it is not due until Friday.
5. We did not get through all the show-n-tell today. Please allow your child to keep their show-n-tell in their backpack for tomorrow and maybe even Wednesday.

7. Finally, my weekly newsletter comes out on the Friday prior to the week coming up. I had my current weeks newsletter in the folder for meet your teacher. I have attached it here in case you did not see it. Please read these weekly.
