First week of school

Hello parents and welcome to the weekend.
We have had a successful week learning about rules and procedures and getting a few activities done in the process. I wanted to give you a heads up about a few things.
1. FROG Binders came home. Please look at the directions sheets inside the front cover. you can also check the planner for stickers/comments regarding behavior for the week. Please make sure the entire binder comes to school everyday. Please also sign the planner in the indicated spot to show you read the note or saw they received a sticker.
2. Field Trip t-shirt money is due Friday Sept 6th. I have attached another copy of the form if you need it.
3. I sent home the weekly newsletter. Next week, it will start to come home by email. Please read it and if you have any questions, let me know.
4. Homework. The "All About Me" person was due today. I have several students who did not turn theirs in. You can do so Monday. I also sent home today some Chicka Chicka letters and the tree that need to be cut out for a project we will be doing next week. Please put the tree and letters in the attached baggie.
5. Pay careful attention to the show-n-tell. Next week, each child has a specific day. I sent home a note to show the day. It is also noted on the back of the newsletter. Each week has a theme or might be free choice. Please check the newsletter for the theme for the week.
7. We are looking for any extra trinkets or toys that you might want to get rid of that we can use for our treasure box. If you have anything that might be great for our treasure box, pleas send it in. We would greatly appreciate it.
6. If end of the day transportation is going to change, you need to write me a note or call the front office.
